CAN I USE MY FRIEND AS A VENDOR?

We are all about home cooked meals and utilizing our friends services. However, we only work with vendors who are licensed and insured. If you have a friend or family member who is legit, we would be more than happy to work with them! If they are not, then we would be glad to recommend some amazing vendors for you!

DO YOU OFFER DAY OF COORDINATION?

Day of coordination is not something that we do. Our job is to make your day stress free and amazing and jumping in on the day of does not allow us to execute our job correctly. We offer full wedding planning, Partial planning and wedding management.

WHAT IS WEDDING MANAGEMENT? HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM MONTH-OF PLANNING?

Wedding management is our word for month-of planning. Every one has different needs when it comes to their wedding. Not everyone wants or needs a full time planner, or even partial planning. Wedding management is different from month-of planning because We are in constant communication with you from day one. We don’t disappear until 30 days before your wedding. There are a lot of in depth things that we take care of from the minute you sign your contract.

HOW MUCH IS YOUR INITIAL DEPOSIT?

For weddings and social events, 25% is due at the contract signing, and then we start your payment plan 14 days after that. For the Date Night Life package, 50% is due at contract signing, and the final amount is due 7 days before your event date.

ARE YOU WILLING TO TRAVEL?

Of course! We mainly service the Long Beach and Southern California area, but we are more than willing to travel. We can discuss more in detail when you book a consultation with us!

WHAT NON WEDDING EVENTS DO YOU PLAN?

Baby showers, birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, dinner parties, work parties, holiday parties, weekend getaways, day trips, engagement parties…what you need, we are here for it! If you are planning something and the idea of putting it together sounds stressful, daunting, or overwhelming, then we are the planner for you!

WHAT IS THE DATE NIGHT LIFE OPTION?

We are so glad you asked because this is really cool! This option is mainly for those smaller events but will work for some of the larger ones as well (Weddings are not included in this option!) What we do is the dirty work of finding hotels, activities, reservations to restaurants, etc. we finalize all the reservations for you and then create a detailed itinerary for you. We don’t join you on these adventures (although we’ll be so jealous!) But you’ll have all you need for an amazing time.

WHAT ARE YOUR WEDDING PACKAGES?

We have three wedding packages that we offer. There’s Sunstone, Desert Rose, and Citrine. You might be asking yourself why we chose these names? Well each of these crystals have different but equally important attributes. There’s not one that is better than the other and they are each valuable in their own way. We feel it’s the same with choosing a package for your wedding. It should’t depend on status such as gold, silver or platinum. It depends on what works best for you as a couple.
